Christmas Art

         On one recent afternoon, Granny and Auggie decided to work on Christmas cards. We made about ten of them and then Auggie decided to use all the media that was on the table to make one large Christmas picture for his teacher.
Brush Strokes
Multi-media: water colors, block printing, brush work, collage, and glitter
Finishing Touches


While designing Santa up in the sky in his sleigh, Auggie asked, "Granny, do you think Santa knows God?"

 We chatted about that possibility for a few minutes and then he smiled and whispered, "I think Santa IS God!" ......maybe......

 It all depends on what you believe..... and we believe in magic!

    Nice art project. I love the deep concentration.
    I hope Auggie doesn't tell his teachers that he thinks Santa is God....
    Glad he's got the magic world of Granny's house to let his creativity sing and to explore all ideas!
