Summertime

Lake Memphremagog....better known to McLeans and Montgomeries as The Lake

Bald Eagles paired and raising their young at the Washington Coast.

Wood washed up on Washington beaches.

Jude and August having an overnight at Granny's.

Ruth finds a vacant yard to clean up....great story. Just ask.

Jude swims an hour a day with  Fremont Swim Club.

Gus (August) leaves flowers, feathers, and a dead moth for the fairies.
" If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement, and mystery of the world we live in," Rachel Carson

  1. I guess the gift of time must be the greatest gift of all.
And to have a confluence of generations...pairing
imagination with curiosity...well...the pictures tell it all.
What a wonderful window to be able to peer through.
